We love the playfulness of this Victor Costa dress, with polka dots and tiered ruffles!

This long dress is from the late 1970's and is a dark blue with small white polka dots. It has layers of pleated ruffles around the scoop neck as well as along the cuffs and hem. The full skirt hits just above the ankle, between ankle and midi length with tons of movement. It has long sleeves and side slit pockets, and zips up the back.

This beautiful vintage dress is in excellent condition. It is missing the original belt, but has large belt loops that can either be removed, or used with another belt or fabric sash. Wear it during the day or dress it up and wear it as an evening dress!
